Same Day Delivery Policy

A minimum cart total of $70.

  • Orders must be checked ‘Same Day Delivery’.
  • Orders must be checked out before 7:30pm (Last call)
  • Orders above $150 will have free delivery for all locations in our catering zone.
  • Out of boundary deliveries (i.e, Hamilton, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Markham, etc) will have free delivery for orders over $250.

Mail Order Policy

  • Must be paid via Interac Email Transfer.
  • A minimum cart total of $70.
  • Free shipping for orders above $150.

Tracking ID will be presented once packages are shipped via ‘Xpress Post’.
Orders are always shipped out same day.

Do you guys offer same day delivery?

Yes, as long as the order has been placed before 7:30pm it will be marked same day delivery.

Any orders passed last call will be processed the following day.

When is last call for same day delivery?

Last call: 7:30pm.

We highly recommend members place their orders before 7:30pm to receive same day delivery.

Where do you provide same day courier service?

We currently cater our delivery service to and around Mississauga.

Prices vary on your location, same day, or next day delivery.

Deliveries to Brampton, Oakville, Halton, Milton, Etobicoke, and Toronto carry an additional charge but are FREE for orders over $150.

Out of boundary deliveries carry a larger additional fee (i.e., Hamilton, Scarborough, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill) but are FREE for orders over $250.

What are the delivery times and am I able to choose a time slot?

Please pick from the three time slots that fit your convenience:

  • 11 am – 2 pm
  • 3 pm – 6 pm
  • 6 pm – 8 pm

We aim to deliver your order within 30 min – 2 hours (depending on location) after we’ve received your order. Our team will keep in touch with you to ensure our delivery timing is convenient to your availability.

I picked a time slot and it's not delivered in that time frame.

In the recent days, we have been experiencing heavy order volume which means delayed delivery is effect. Should that be the case for you, our team will keep in touch to keep you updated on the delivery.

What if I need my order delivered within 1 hour?

We offer priority delivery service to Mississauga residents for $15. This means that your order will be delivered within 15 min – 1 hour, otherwise we will waive your entire delivery fee.

If you are located out of Mississauga, you may contact us and we will try our best to fulfill your order with priority delivery.

If we cannot fulfil your order quickly, we will reach out to you and keep you informed.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my order?

While our courier is on route to your address, they will provide an ETA via text. We have a buffer time of 15 minutes for our courier to wait for the customer to respond. If the customer does not respond within the buffer time, our courier will proceed with the next customer on queue.

If payment was remitted via e-transfer, your package will be safe dropped in mailbox. You’ll also be provided a photo from our courier where the package has been left.

Please note we are not responsible for lost packages.

Do you offer mail orders?

Yes. Everyone in Canada can enjoy our products!

There is a flat rate of $15 for Canada-wide shipping. Mail orders will be sent out same day via ‘Xpresspost’ and a tracking code will be provided.

Orders over $150 are shipped for free!


Age Verification
We ask that first time customers send us a copy of their ID. After you check-out, you will automatically receive instructions on how to provide your ID.

Email Confirmation
In rare cases, our e-mails will be sent to your junk folder. Please check junk folder to view your order confirmation and details.

How do I place an order?

1. Place your order online:
– Add the products you wish to purchase into the cart and then checkout.
– Input your billing address, delivery details, payment method and then place your order.
– If there’s promotions ongoing, please input the code at the cart/checkout page.

All new customers must provide a document validating their age for cannabis consumption. The document must be sent to our email

What payment method do you currently accept?

We accept cash and Interac email transfer (5% HST).

Can I make an exchange or return?

We accept returns only on defective products. Otherwise, we will not accept any returns.

Our goal is to keep everyone satisfied. Please contact us if you have concerns with your order and our team will try to make things right.

*Due to Covid-19, we are no longer accepting returns or making exchanges.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If your order is already confirmed and out for delivery, we’re not able to honor your cancellation or changes.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes. Our database is secured and encrypted meaning that the information you provide us will be kept confidential. After sending your ID, we discard the document as it is no longer needed.

What are loyalty points and how is it beneficial for me?

For every purchase you make, you will collect 1 point per $1 you spend.

Example: for $60 worth of purchases, you will collect 60 points.

Every 200 points collected has a redemption value of $5.
e.g. 200 points = $5
       400 points = $10
       600 points = $20

Great! To do this you’ll need to purchase our ZEN Membership.

You’ll be able to purchase this membership with other products. Once you have purchased the membership, our team will provide you your personalized coupon code via e-mail/text. Your code can be applied from the date of purchase.

Can I stack my membership discount with the coupon code?

No. Our system will not allow the coupon codes to be stacked unfortunately.

Can I still collect points even if I use coupon codes?

Yes of course! Any orders you place even if its with coupon codes will automatically apply the points in your account after completion.

I'm paying with cash, I heard there's a discount?

You betcha! We have a program in place where any orders that are marked as “Cash on Delivery” is eligible to receive 5% OFF their purchase. In order to receive this discount you’ll need to apply the code: CASH in the cart/checkout page.

Once your package has left our facility and is on route, we cannot make any adjustments on the order. We encourage our members to contact us via live chat/text to modify the changes before your package has been dispatches.

I'm buying four (4) or more edibles, where do I apply my coupon code?

No need to apply your coupon code for edibles as it automatically does it for you in the cart! You’ll be able to locate the code and discount once you’ve entered the cart page.

Can we make an exception for stacking coupon codes?

Unfortunately we cannot bend the rules. Bending the rules wouldn’t be fair for the members who have asked in the past.

I'm referring a friend. How do I go about this?

Have your friend place an order on our website. At the checkout page, they will need to input your name and contact number so that we can have it stored on our records.

No need to remind us that you have been referred! Our staff is trained to note down the referral on our list. You’ll then be reached out via email with a coupon code to use for the next order.

I'm a leafythings customer, can I get ZEN and LEAFY?

Welcome friend! Unfortunately our welcome coupons (ZEN & LEAFY) are only a one time use per customer. After using one of the coupon, the welcome codes will be voided.

How does your raffle work?

Raffles are hosted every month and one lucky ticket will draw on the last day of the month. You can purchase as many tickets before the draw date to increase your odds of winning the grand prize.
